About 785
acres were improved pasture of
Rhodes Grass, Purple Pidgeon, Bambatsi, Creeping Blue Grass and
Medics.
400 acres of cultivation gave scope for growing fodder

The property is divided
with laneways. Five acres of a Sandstone / Belah ridge were utilised
as a cattle complex. Steel yards and cooler pens on the ridge, the
highest parts of the property, were a Licensed Feedlot developed to 350 SCU.
